Description

Build this to do some gaming on. I got sick of the consoles and finally caved into PC Gaming (which is much better I must say.) This computer was also build to do some home video editing and some mixing with Virtual DJ 8. I changed the case to a Apevia case my buddy had but am still using the power supply from the Cooler Master 350 case. I also threw in a Blu Ray player to eventually make home videos and write them onto disks for my family to see. This system has been running great thus far. The only issue I notice is physics rendering with the FX-6300 other than that, it seems to be handling everything great. Please leave any comments below. This is my first build, so any advice is appreciated.

Price point and recommendation from fellow co workers. I'll eventually upgrade to a new board and an i5. I only had about 750 to work with.

Why did you buy the 6300 if you are not aiming for overclocking it

I agree, I need to do something about it. Its rough and I need some cable extenders. It's also my first time building one so any advice is appreciated!

How is this build working out for you? I am doing a similar one. Also how many fans do you have going? I have the same mobo and it only has one fan plug in.

Sorry for the late reply, but it's been working pretty good. No issues thus far. I have 3 fans not including the CPU fan. I have them hooked up kinda daisy chained through different outputs on my PSU. I haven't overheated or lagged much if any that I can notice.

Haven't noticed much bottleneck, though I couldn't honestly tell you if it is or isn't with my knowledge on bottlenecking. What should I look out for?

Also, why do you think the PSU is underpowered?
