Description

This is my very first build, saved up for a few months to be able to afford it and I've been extremely happy so far! After using the same laptop for 4 years thru college, I feel like the shackles of technical limitations for games are finally free for me!

Everything has run smoothly so far, and the computer is soooooooooooo quiet, my minifridge is louder than it when playing games!

Overall very satisfied, was very fun to put this together and more fun to play on it _^

I would've went with the 4GB version, some people say you don't need it but it's better to be safe than sorry. How's the 670 treating you?

Its been great so far! Mostly played some CS:GO on it so far, but playing along with streaming it at 720p I still have FPS in the low-mid 100s so its really nice :D

Is it quiet like it's advertised to be at full load?

Nothing today really needs 4GB of VRAM. The card will be long outdated before that much is needed.

Really good build. You did a lot of good things as far as airflow goes, with adding extra fans and cooling the CPU, and where some people would say to go with 4GB of RAM, I personally think 8GB is good, just to stay within the realm of reality, while still having a lot of breathing room. Good choice in motherboard, and of course that CPU is a fine choice. Plus, with your H100i you can do some overclocking. Well done :)

Seafire is not talking about the RAM. He said he would have gone with a GTX 670 4GB instead of a 2GB.

I wasn't referring to just this build's comments. I just being qualitative.

This is what my build was gonna be like, cheaper though, since I won't need an Opti and monitor, how is the power supply? and I think you should've went with the h80 as it goes for better bang of the buck, as I've read somewhere since they perform almost the same
