New build to replace old PC. Some parts are reused from that. More pics to come later.
Do you plan on upgrading th gpu?
eventually. I tend to upgrade core system, then a year or two later upgrade video card. It makes the huge price tag a bit more palatable.
The GPU is gonna bottleneck that CPU big-time.
There is no such thing as gpu bottlenecking cpu. And you can't know what op is going to do with this pc.
Actually a gpu can bottleneck a CPU.
When will you be uploading more pictures? Also, how do you like the case? Positives/Negatives, compared to other cases you've used?
I honestly really like it. I've had a lot of cases over the years, but the side panel with the thumb screws on the side like that? Really nice. Feels sturdy, lots of anchor points and tons of room behind the board for cable management. The only thing I disliked is the mount points for the SSD sized things that you can see on the front right. I wish they were reversible or something so my SSD wasn't upside down haha. The only other thing I can think of is the velcro straps at the top are really sweet for moving it, but I have cats so they're fur magnets. I mean I even built it a shelf and have it mounted high on my wall and still, cat fur.
I understand the cat part completely. I'd use a lint roller on myself to get all the cat fur off of me for work..... only to head to work and realize I still have cat fur all over me without even being within 10ft of my cat.
