Description

I got this used through my work and I jumped on the opportunity. This thing is amazing in every way. The only issue so far is that the case is a finger print magnet and the fans are loud. They will be replaced with LL120 soon when I get a chance.

Part Reviews

Motherboard

Runs 8700K @ 5GHz just fine, there is no RGB on the board (Has RGB header), just Red ROG logo and line by the audio, no Type C header or Type C on rear I/O. Wish it had more features for the price, like a clear BIOS button and a 5V RGB header

Ok dang, this looks like a sexy build. And pretty cheap from the part list. How is the performance though?

perfect, OC to 5GHz just fine, and on a 144Hz 1080p runs almost everything at 200Hz

So you employed Optane for this one - How do you find it?

Intel RST and Optane software is a joke when install for the first time but never used it since which is good. I do notice a different in loading times for various games than without it, so I do recommend it if you have it, I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to buy it though unless you can get the module for cheap.
