Oh my god. Those case fans. I'm so sorry. RIP eardrums...

But seriously, I had the same fans and they sounded like a 747 taking off over my house and crashing into the neighbor's house. Cooler Master really needs to be more honest with their sound rating, but at least my Hyper 212 Plus works fine without fans.

Anyways, can you post the prices you actually paid for the parts? I really hope you didn't drop $100 on a 640.

I have Lamptron FC-4- 20 Watts Per Channel 4 Channel Aluminum Fan Controller so the fans never are ran at full speed.

Your correct i should have listed them but pcpartpicker only have 1 of the fans i used listed. But i did update the fan they do have listed.

The GT 640 will be replaced with a EVGA GeForce GTX 960 once i replace the current mother board with the Asus Crosshair V Formula mother board.
