Description

I recently built myself a new PC and decided to donate my old parts to my sister. She is huge ivy comic books and Spider-Gwen is her favorite superhero. All parts except the hard drive and case are from my old rig. I did update the AIO cooler from an old (6+ years) corsair 120mm to the kraken x52 (240mm) as well.

The glass is etched with the continuing web pattern from the bottom panel with the Spider-Gwen logo at the top.

Also, the little companion inside is new. XD

You did an amazing job with that case! How did you about modding it? :o

I cut out some vinyl stencils and then just used spray paint. For the transitioning to the glass I put one large stencil on the whole side, then cut along the seam so I could remove the glass and etch it.

Personalized hand-me-down PCs are great gifts! What was your technique for etching the glass?

Etching cream I got at Michael's (an arts and craft store). Used a vinyl stencil that I had cut at my work.
