Description

This is essentially an update to my gaming/general use PC. It started life as an FX4150 Quad core with a 8gigs of DDR3 @ like 866mhz. This wasn't cutting it at all. I eventually stepped up the motherboard/cpu to a Gigabyte/FX8350 setup. This didn't do the trick either, as I play a lot of video games that DEPEND on raw CPU power(P3D hence the name, Arma 3, etc). So with that in mind I began to put this build together salvaging what I could from the old setup(GPU, SSD/HDD, PSU).

Let me start by saying I was almost pushed into buying a full tower, and I am so happy I didn't. This case is an absolute DREAM to work with and makes cable management a BREEZE. The whole thing came together very nicely and my H100i GTX fits like a glove. The motherboard/BOIS is a dream, and there's no stopping this CPU. I was a little worried about multitasking when going from my old octa core, to this new quad core... but so far, it has been nothing but good.

All in all everything operates as it should. I did notice the RAM underclocked itself out of the box. (supposed to be 2400 but started out at 1600) This was an easy fix through ASUS' internet enabled BIOS

I don't think he included all the parts in the parts list. As you can see, the GPU appears in the picture, but not on the list. I assume the same thing applies to the PSU, since it is covered buy the sleeve on the H440.
