You could also have problems or lemons with water coolers too, and water coolers have fans on the radiators.

How would it perform worse than a stock cooler, it is literally made of metal, even without fans it would be better.

You will be seeing plenty of fans, all CPU coolers need fans.

While water cooling does provide better cooling performance, air cooling is also a good choice. The Corsair H60, while being a water cooler, underperforms many air coolers. I can't tell if this is a troll or not.

And end up with similar performance, more noisy, and more money out of pocket. Also the H60 uses a fan just like the H7 uses liquid.
