BCLK OC. You can overclock literally any Skylake processor if you have a Z170 motherboard and the proper bios.
You will need to hunt down an old BIOS to BCLK overclock, and it won't be as good as a normal overclock. It can also be a pain in the *** for beginners.
It's actually fairly simple and the BIOS is easy to find with a simple Google search.

G4400 has a locked multiplier. You're thinking of the G3258.
It still won't be as good as a regular overclock, and didn't Windows start having issues with BLCK overclocks?
