Doh, thought you were talking about the PSU in the guide with the 30C comment. Though there does seem to be some mixed terminology used above.

Just in case you are (or if anyone reading is) under the impression that the PSU in the guide is rated for 30C, it is not. It's rated for 40C.

Could it be that the parametric filter causes items to be updated? When I commented I remember seeing a CX (non M) PSU, now I see a SeaSonic PSU.

If you click the "(Show)" button next to "Parametric Filter," it will expand to display all PSUs that are included in this particular parametric selection. That selection hasn't changed, and you'll see that the only Corsair PSU is a CX450M (2015).

Oh, so it's the CX-M. Then I take back the CX comment from before, I thought you were talking about the regular pre-2017 CXs or the CX430.
