Would this PSU power this system?

So I am looking for a good PSU under $79 for this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nNjqnQ and my two options are

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-power-supply-rs750amaag1 Or http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr

I love the much cheaper price tag on the second one and it is a tier two PSU so would that one be the better choice?

both are great choices and probably overkill for this build but you can add another card later on. But the EVGA B2 750 at 50 bucks with mail in rebate is a great deal...

I know 750W is a little overkill but I do plan on OCing a little bit so I want to have the room in the PSU and maybe SLI in the future. Mostly why I asked the question is because that $50 price tag was a little frightening for a 750W PSUlol

I will choose Cooler Master VSM 750W because it's in tier 1 series.
