What are the chance's of a water cooler leaking? Like this one https://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-cpu-cooler-rlkrx6101 Also does this come with liquid?

It's low, but there is a chance. Most likely, if it's going to leak, it will do so while being shipped to you and you'll notice it once you open the box.

The chances of it leaking are very small its still there, but its small. I own the x61 and its a very high quality cooler and I definitely recommend it. Also I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure if it leaks before the warranty's up the company will also replace your parts. I could be wrong someone correct me if I am. CLC don't leak often though or else no one would use them.
