Good $60ish cooler

I have a Phanteks enthoo pro, corsair ram and the MSI gaming 5 mobo. It's hard to check comparability so I went here for help. I was wanting to go with an AIO but I don't really need it and I am just gonna save money and use it on steam. I'm using a 4790k if you need to know.

For around $60 you are going to want a a air cooler unless you want a sub par product.

Pro 1866

As long as the corsair pro 1600 and 1866 are the same height, I'm good

That's the one I was looking at just in red, I saw someone with it and they had the 1600 corsair pro ram so if it's the same as my pro 1866 in height I'm good

I was looking at this, and it fits too, someone else had it with the same mobo and ram

I just got one, and it works very well. 70c max temp during stress testing with my 4790K, and I can't hear it over my other fans in my case.

Most likely, is there a way to check ram clearance on the Phanteks PH-TC14PE_RD that one would be preferred if it would fit

Unfortunately it cannot check ram clearance, that's the only thing it cannot check (yet)
