Cooling for Obsidian 250D

I'm looking into building a mini-ITX build with the Obsidian 250D case, a Asus GTX 960 and the i5-4590. Thing is, I'm on a budget but don't want noise. Thus my question is whether or not the stock cooler for the CPU be sufficient?

the stock cooler should be fine. as long as you wont be overclocking and you dont mind the look of the stock cooler than the stock one is fine
