£750/$1000 build, rather performance over looks.

I originally had a budget of £250, then £500 and now i may be able to go up to £750. thanks to everyone who suggested builds for those prices and thank you to anyone who suggests something for this price range.

For gaming and college work. Id prefer performance as any added looks i will probably add later on.

Edit: Forgot to mention im not worried about an optical drive and i dont need an os.

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/rMkXwP - If needed under £700 then ill replace the psu with non modular. but if £750 is my budget then either an ssd, s340/razer version or an optical drive. what do you think?

Ok so this is about £30 over budget but you get a skylake i5 and a 390x which I personally think for £30 more is a steal.

Happier ?

I kept skylake because even though it's not the biggest improvement when building a new PC it's still nice to have recent tech

This case has good reviews on Amazon.
