I have a £600 / $930 budget for a decent gaming rig

As the title pretty much says, I have a £600/$930 budget to build a gaming PC. I've been a PC gamer for about 10 years but never had my own one specifically for gaming.

It will mainly be used for Blizzard games (World of Warcraft and Diablo III) but I do like to dabble in other titles every now and again. It would be nice to have some change (if possible).

I don't need peripherals as I currently own a Razer Naga 2014 / Corsair K95 RBG / 1080p 24" monitor

I know it's not a huge budget, so room to upgrade later would be cool also.

there is a cheaper xfx psu that others may recommend but it is not in stock and I can pretty much guarantee it never will be.

Z97 board because its cheaper than h97 and offers you overclocking cpus as an upgrade but with a decent gtx 970 and the i5 ive given you its going to be great for some time.

This is a bit over budget but great performance with overclocking capability.

But if you can't go over budget you cant overclock the i5 but has a z97 so if you want to upgrade to a k processor you'll be able to overclock. With a non overclock able card you won't need to get a cooler saving money. Also for the mother board it has crossfire support so later on you can upgrade performance significantly.
