Basically I need a gaming computer that includes mouse, keyboard,monitor,and os for 1400 USD. I live in the US. Thank You. BTW: Gpu should be Nvidia because I will most likely use shadoplay and a few other features.

Its good but there's no reason to get a gtx 980 for 1080p gaming. If you have no plans of overclocking my first build should've good but if you want to overclock my second build has that option.
