I'm going to be using this build for gaming. I live in the United States. Also, I want a case with a side window, and I want the build to at least match. I don't need windows 7/8/10, and I could do without the headset for a bit.

Oh and a Micro ATX build would be cool

HSF costs more than the CPU and won't buy but maybe 0.1ghz better overclock than you'd get from a $35 Themis Evo.

For the combined price of the CPU+HSF in this build, you could implement an i5-6500.

The i5 + R9 380 4GB will give a bit better performance and visual quality than the 860K + GTX960, but the machine with the SSD will boot an load and zone and respawn faster.
