I'm looking to build my first gaming pc this cyber Monday and I would like some people's builds for me. The main games I will be playing are CS:GO, Fallout 4, Rainbow 6 Siege, ARK, and DayZ. I have 800-1000 budget but I just want one that can game at 1080p constant 60 fps on ultra (except ark and dayz).

Hi dude..

The Latest DDR4 skylake platform, IS DEFINITELY much better than the DDR3 Haswell Z97 by a long margin in all benchmarks including Gaming:

http://us.hardware.info/comparisontable/products/220716-315137-315132

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1261?vs=1544

See the DDR4 i5-6600K ranked ahead of the i5-4690K by a whopping 14% in effective speed, and this not make-believe-Bull, it is real-time uploaded user data benchmarks: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-6600K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-4690K/3503vs2432

Also See the official intel comparison, be sure to check the 21.3 GB/s vs 34.1 GB/s Memory bandwidth ( Skylake vs Haswell ), 8 GT/s (Giga Transfers per sec) for the skylake vs 5 GT/s for Haswell, 14nm Manuf vs 22 nm..
