For my first PC build i need a good Rendering, and Gaming PC i have a $3000 budget but i don't know where to start i have done lots of research and posted a few Gaming PC guides which are good but i need a PC for rendering also which is where im stuck at can someone make me a part's list please, thanks.

Yeah i was gonna change it to a xeon on the other guys build and leave everything else, the only con's to xeon's are they aren't overclockable.
