Bugdet PC build $300-$450

I've been researching for quite a while on a new PC; I've made and revised a ton of part lists, but I decided to start fresh.

Requirements: $300-$450 USD Using this for gaming Upgradable looking to run games like TF2, CS:GO @ High-Max Settings 50-60fps Orange color theme if possible at this price range, if not, it isn't a huge deal Any form factor is fine I already have a keyboard, mouse, mousepad, monitor OS doesn't have to be included, but if it is, Windows 8.1

Thanks for the help. :)

It's a tough budget, but since the gaming requirements aren't all that intensive, I was able to manage an orange theme in a great case! I really do like the case, if I ever do an ITX build, I'll probably use it myself!

Seeing as an i5 and 750ti will run tf2 at max settings with 400+ fps, I think the 860k will have no issue at max settings. And CSGO might even be easier to run

Hii!

Here's my suggestion: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2R7MkL

It's a bit over but it's well worth it.

I always suggest maxing your budget only for the tower not including an OS. If you absolutely need it under $450 I can revise my list but I believe this is the best possible build for you.

If you have any questions regarding PC building or why I chose the parts I did please feel free to ask :)

Right now, i'm stuck between the AMD Athlon x4 860k and the Intel Pentium G3258. The Athlon x4 860k seems to have better preformance w/o overclocking and more cores, but the Pentium G3258 has a much better upgradeability, and from what I've heard, overclocks great

I have a quick question aswell... do you think it would be worth the money, if i go with the G3258, to buy a better motherboard with a Z87 or Z97 chipset, so that overclocking will be easier in the future? as apposed to getting a H97/H87/etc motherboard, and then having to upgrade that motherboard if i get a K-series CPU to allow overclocking?

Ive heard that some MOBO manufacturers made H97 and H87 MOBO's overclockable, but ONLY with the G3258.
