New mid-range PC for gaming

HeyGuys, am from Singapore and I would like to build a new PC. Got a budget of about SGD$1700 (USD$1200~) and I wanna play some simple games like CSGO, DOTA2 etc. I know a budget of >1000USD is a bit of an overkill for those games but I wanna keep my options open if wanna play some battlefield or far cry (Primal looks beast). But most of the time I think I'd be playing CSGO and DOTA2, and if someone could help me get maybe 400++ FPS on CSGO and a stable 100+ FPS on DOTA2 (Reborn is killing performance), that'd be awesome. THanks for the help m8s!

The only thing that I would suggest is the Ripjaws V RAM designed for the skylake chipset instead of the Ripjaws 4 designed for the X99 Platform..
