You can do so from a USB with the Windows media creation tool. Just use another computer to do so, or buy the OS off Microsoft's site if you haven't bought the OS yet.

I can use an external hard drive right? After I load the OS can I move it to the SSD? I have a 1TB hard drive and a 250 GB SSD.

download windows 10 as an image.. and burn with RUFUS. You will need a valid license.

BIOS Configuration

probably the only thing you need to do is to enable XMP profile so ram will run at the correct speed.

There should be many tutorials on how to install windows using an USB drive, search youtube.

and Drivers.

If you are using the MSI H97 gaming 3 motherboard go here to get latest drivers
