I would recommend you save a bit more money for a more "sweet spot build" as in like $700. I will make you a build for this though.

You should spend a bit more money and get 8gb of memory. It will be worth it(20-25 bucks more).

I went ahead and included a case anyway, because it suits the build here nicely.

The idea here is that an 860K, a competent budget CPU, costs ~$74, shipped, for $18 more you can have basically the same CPU with a functional iGPU included to use temporarily. When you can afford to do so, pick up a nice ~$100-200 high value dedicated gaming GPU.
