Suggestions for a SW Battlefront machine

Looking for suggestions for a new PC to run SW Battlefront on a single 1080p monitor on high settings.

Budget: $1400 Location: USA Use (Gaming, Rendering, etc): Gaming Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): none Operating System required: Win 7/8/10

While I'm not planning to overclock I would like to at least have the option. Also, I would like this system to be competitive for at least a little while and to offer me some room for upgrades. Available SLI or Crossfire is a must. Let me see what you got. Thanks.

Not going skylake at that price point is a bit of a waste...
