pcpartpicker Here it is I skimped a little on the psu but it's still an OK entry level psu. All other parts are top of the line with new sky lake Intel cpu and fast ddr4 ram. I also have the pro gaming award winning motherboard in its h170 edition as no overclocking on cpu will be needed. As for the gpu it's insanely fast and insanely powerful; quite a bit more powerful than a 970 and less powerful than the 980 it's very cabable. I chose the Asus directcu iii as its in your color scheme and it's a very nice cooler for this beast of a card. As for the os here is the eBay link (http://m.ebay.com/itm/Windows-10-Pro-Full-version-32-64-Bits-Multilanguage-License-Key-Link-/141802988984?nav=SEARCH) I chose 10 as it was the cheapest I could find and from personal experience I must say I quite like it. Happy gaming and good luck on your first build!
