Your monitor is just fine to be reused and allows you to spend around $150 more on the PC parts. This will run 1080p all day.

Ssd to make your OS snappy maybe fit a game on there as well. If ya had an extra 20-30 I'd get a 250gb ssd from crucial or Samsung.
