Durable $300-$500 office PC build

I'm looking to build an office PC for a coworker of mine. We'll be running Win7 Pro on it. Her primary use will be e-mail, quickbooks, and internet browsing. We want it to be fast, though (SSD). I've built a couple of gaming builds, but this is my first office PC. Recommendations? I don't want to get an i5-4670k and GTX9xx out of habit.

Thanks!

As far as a dedicated PC for office use goes, this will go just nicely. It'll be out of the way (bolt it to the monitor), quiet, and use almost no power (74w power draw!). It's also dirt cheap at literally half your budget.

Can't you just stick excess cables in the drive bay to keep them out of the way?
