I need a Desktop that is £600 with peripherals

So I want to get into PC gaming and I've researched some parts but I don't think they're the best I will get for £600 and I would like a PC build to be made for me.

Requirements:

£600 Needs to run WoT on medium settings Stock cooler is fine I'm not OCing No bottlenecked CPU A theme is wanted (Red and Black preferred) Moniter OS and keyboard and mouse needed Optical drive not needed Modular PSU will do

This will run WoT on max 60+ fps, and no bottleneck this CPU can keep up single gtx 980 ti.

Also if you want to stay in your budge you can get the r9 380 2GB version which is 143£
