PC build for one game!!!? HELP!

I have a monitor that is 1980p-1480p. (I'd like to be able to play games to this quality.)

I need a build for Mabinogi. I've seen they're specs, but what can I do to go even further than what they ask for under 1k. If it is possible I would be trying to be able to play to the full capacity of my monitor with this build, so my limit is whatever it takes to play this game at 1980p, but with the cheapest build possible to equip with my monitor UNDER 1k. (I really want to play this game without any worry of my graphics card being a issue of why its lagging.)

Specs needed for game : -Windows 7 -Dual core 2.5Ghz -4Gb Ram -GeForce 7600GS/Radeon X1300 or better -Direct 9.0c or newer

-The game requires 8GB of memory to play but I plan on getting maybe 200GB? I do not know yet.

Usage: - I would use this to mainly play this game, but also use for YouTube, and to watch anime.

You can get away with a $550 build (including OS) and still have no issues playing that game as it is an older game and is not remotely demanding by today's hardware:
