Is it bad to have a 331 wat all in for my build. But have a 750 wat power supply ?

It's... a bit much. Of course, if that's a really bad quality PSU, you may actually be pushing it with only 350w...

If you could post your part list (and what you will be using it for, and future expectations like SLI/XFire), we can tell you about the quality of the PSU (at least in general) and if you could go with a cheaper model while still having it be good.
