So I've been a console gamer my whole life I've always known PC was flat out better but I know nothing about PC's so I have a budget of about 550. so what's the best gaming PC I can build for that price?

The gtx 970 is a real killer and the x4 860k is an unlocked quad core cpu which means you can overclock it.
