Budget of $650 to $700 Gaming Pc - First Time Builder :3

Hello guys, I would like a recommended PC build that can run 60 fps+ like CS:GO or any games that needs a high graphics card for high video settings and I want it all themed blue with black or white if possible. I also want a case design similar like the Apevia X Hermes or Cruiser 3 where part of it is see through. The total cost of the build should be around $650 to $700 excluding the rebate. Thanks!

Do you need OS or peripherals included in the budget?

Then I think this would be the way to go. Unfortunately, a 390 or 970 is just out of budget, so the 380 is the way to go (but if you plan to play NVidia-bound games, a 960 would work well too).

It offers a solid i5 with a reliable motherboard, good ram, and a reliable PSU, all within one of the cases that you mentioned. With some of the budget leftover, an SSD can even be added in as a boot drive.
