Budget: $1, 000 (USD) Location: N / A Use: Mainly Gaming ( Smoothly and 60 FPS on games like Arma 3, Dayz, Battlefield, and AC ) Rendering also Peripherals: N / A Operating System: Windows 8.1

Im new to the community and I am trying to get a Gaming PC that has the ability to render, and play pretty much any LARGE game on Ultra or High settings with 60+ FPS. If possible. I appreciate any help & advice!

It's a tad over but you can remove the CPU cooler I'd ya want as it's not required but the xeon can get a bit warm during long rendering projects.
