Either one is fine. Why not both!

I'd say color scheme first.

No, I mean. What size case do you want and what colors do you want?

Oh. Atx mid tower case/ and a red color scheme or blue color scheme is fine

It's a little over budget, but this will destroy 1440p. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Why do you want wireless? IF you are playing online a wired connection is always better. Even if you connect says its good you will get packet loss which will make you lag. IT doesn't matter how much you spend on your computer you will lag and prolly suck in games when playing on a wireless connection.

I'm in a area where wires connection isn't accessible. I know wired connection is the best but I wouldn't ask for a wireless network adapter would i

If you HAVE to game on WiFi might as well be with an Intel card. OC'able i5 and solid 390. Sweet spot resolution/size/delay/price monitor. Both kb and mouse have macro buttons for spells/abilities. Case is a bit cheap but when you require odd and WiFi that's where case budget went. Gold psu, plenty room for OCing gpu and CPU with more HDD's or case fans in the future.
