Corsair HX750i

I'm building my new gang rig and I've got an HX750i PSU. My GPU is a GTX 980 Ti that requires 2, 8 pin power connectors. My psu has 2 cables for pci-e that each have two 6+2 connectors for a total of four 8 pin connectors. Can I use one of these cables to supply both of my gpu's 8 pin requirements? Or will I need to use both cables and connect one 6+2 each to my gpu?
