So I have a budget of £600, this does not need to include an OS, keyboard or mouse, but has to have a monitor.

Looking for something that can handle medium-high gaming, but more importantly it will be used as an office computer. Would prefer something that is easily upgradeable in the future if I need to, and something that looks professional as it is going to be used in an office type environment.

Would prefer the i5 as it seems it is more sustainable in the long term, but open to all suggestions

I've left it short of the budget as I have not used an i5 (using one goes about £25 over), I had added an SSD (120GB) which might be appropriate in the environment you are in which takes this build to £600.

It's quite an unassuming box to have in the office.

Certainly could be rearranged to have an i5 and perhaps a slightly lesser graphics card.

Loving this build! Also liking the look of the smaller case, would like perfect for where I need it to go!

Just realised, you left off power supply on all these builds? Could work in my favour as might be able to re-use my current one, what one would you suggest though?

It went about £45 over budget with that card so I've dropped to a nice GTX 950 (they go about £15 cheaper).

You will want to add a 120mm fan to the front of the case as well.
