I just need a PC for under 500$ able to run War Thunder. I really enjoy playing the game and playing on minimum graphics I believe takes away from the experience. Please include a keyboard, mouse, and a pair of headphones. I don't need anything special just something to run my games a decent frame rate with ok quality. I am located in the United States

You will have room to upgrade, of course.

This is a great option. I would do this. Overclock the CPU to 4.0ghz on the stock cooler and you have a pretty good little gaming PC there.

Yup. And this would be even better off maxing their budget. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VqD9Mp

Yeah, with a solid overclock on the CPU, that is a great build for OP.

Thanks I like it, Down the road what would you suggest for upgrades?

I would suggest moving to an i3-4170 for a small upgrade. And then an R9 380 for the graphics card (assuming it fits).

Some people may recommend better, but I don't feel like such a cheap MB would be great with an i5 and I don't think an i3 is a good match for an R9 390.

A little over budget but this will be able to run the game easily and alot of other games on Medium to high settings
