What can I do with £1,000? [GAMING]

Queen

Hey, so I'm looking to buy a new PC at the end of this year, and who better to ask than the community here if I want to build my own?

I've tried to include every possible detail I can think of here, but if there's anything else that may help msg me or reply on here please!

Budget: £1,000 max

Location: UK, I'll get parts from anywhere in the world though.

Use: Mainly gaming, but it will be used for a little school work, just creating/saving documents and the like.

Peripherals: I need the entire bundle. Monitor(I currently have 1920x1080), mouse(something like the Roccat Tyon, i.e a gaming mouse), keyboard( It's gotta be programmable), mouse mat (because I'm fancy), speakers(I listen to a lot of music, so I would really like some speakers that are decent but not so costly), headphones(on ear please with a decent mic). I do need a desk too, but I'm sure I'm capable of finding one of those myself xD

Operating System: Windows 8, 10

Color Theme: Anything but orange, yellow, green or pink.

Overclocking?: Maybe in the future if I decide to experiment, so it's always an option.

I'll probably buy them during the year and build the PC once I have all the parts. I would definitely like to get the best I can out of the £1.000 please. I'd also like to mention I need around 1-3TB of space on my PC, and I like things to be very efficient have have many options.

Here's my steam to see what games I have: https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561198059643190/?cc=uk I also play Sims 4, Sim City, all the Blizzard games, minecraft, ESO, and a few other games here and there, but they're not very demanding.

Just so it's clear, you do need a monitor? And an OS?

Pretty tricky with all the peripherals and I just realised I missed the headset!! EDIT: and mouse mat + desk lol

With that in mind there is a 22" version of this monitor which is £99, freeing up £30 for a headset..

To be honest I would go off and research fully what peripherals you want, and then come back with the rest of the budget as they are so subjective. I feel like this will be come at best a locked i5 (skylake) and R9 380 4GB build tbh.

AS mentioned,

this would leave you with a nice enough rig and enough money for the gaming peripherals to enjoy it the way you want to.
