Would the Predator fit in * A) Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ATX * B) Corsair Air 540 The cooler is about 70mm with fans, I believe. Would it fit, with possible Noctua NF fans? Thanks!

old thread, but I can confirm the 240 fits in the evolv atx.

there is a recall for predator version 1s atm, with free replacements on offer. Check their website.

Good choice of cooler btw.

Good luck with your build.

the Predator 240 fits nicely in both cases. the top of the evolv atx has a huge offset and the air 540 has more than enough top/front clearance for it. I haven't seen it in the Air 540, but here are some pics of it inside the Enthoo Pro M (same exact chassis and interior as the Evolv atx) and this build has the predator 360 in it.

hmm, cool. I'm hoping on the Z170 sabertooth, but it appears the cooler would block some of the looks on the MOBO in a EVOLV. Sad. I really like that case. Thanks for your help! :D

EDIT: A 360 Front mounted rad would block out the HDD cages, but what if I were to install a 240 on the front instead? You said it has the same interior design, it should work like the Pro M you showed me, right?

yes. the predator 240 is a perfect fit in the front of the Evolv ATX.

Awesome! And my HDDs would be A-OK with temps?

sure. how many drives are you using? with the predator 240 in the front you're limited to 2 3.5" drives in the bottom chamber. I'd do 3x120mm fans in the front, the top two mounted on the predator 240. like this.

OH! Smart! And I'm thinking about maybe 1-2 HDDs, with another 1-2 SSDs for some games and OS. And with the 240 in front I can fit a push-pull! :O Thanks!
