You should not have to buy any additional fans. The case comes with three all ready installed. I have basically the same case (the 02 instead of the 01) it has good airflow.

Also the stock cooler that comes with Intel's chips works find for the non-K chips.

This for me is about as good as it will get.

Not only does the z170 board offer you the best upgrade path (to overclocking chips) but it will let you overclock your RAM and the i3 really benefits from this.

The 950 has a huge overclock and looks cool as well.

The case is one I really like especially for the money.
