Trying to build my little brother a PC for his birthday

I am trying to build my brother a custom gaming PC so that he can play his games (WoW, League, Fallout 4, and CS:GO). I am ballparking around a $500 budget. Can anyone help me out? Much appreciated!

Does this include an operating system and/or peripherals? If not, https://pcpartpicker.com/user/526christian/saved/#view=hcRPxr

I am assuming that you already have OS and peripherals, so I did not add them. I choose an i3 over an AMD FX because you can have more upgradeability with intel CPUs than AMD CPUs. The MOBO has all of the basic stuff you need. I went with 8GBs of RAM as that is currently the standard for gaming. No SSDs for this build at this budget so I went with the next best thing! I was originally going to add an 950 to the build but I had some extra room in the budget so I went with a 960 as the 960 will give you better performance in games such as fallout 4. The case just looked good with its price and performance, as its airflow is pretty good and it doesn't look to bad.
