Think I've asked this before but...

I can't seem to make up my mind if I want to stick to Corsair or go EVGA. Newegg has some pretty sweet November deals on most of the Tier 1 PSUs from both brands which gives a bit of stretching room for my budget (thinking $150 before deals). I'm not sure if I will go SLI/crossfire with 390s though or if I will just upgrade to a 980ti when it hits the $400ish mark. I'm wanting bare minimum 850w but aiming for 1k. My current rig is I7 4790k/MSI Z97 Gaming 5/WD Blue 1TB/CM Hyper Evo/HyperX Fury 8 gigs/NZXT S220 I will be replacing my CX 750M. I might go a bit higher on price of the PSU if it's worth it but i'll have around $550 to spend on PC when BF/payday hits minus my 390 :).

currently the Corsair RMx 850 can't be beat for $110. a 980ti is a better idea than a second 390.

its definitely a better idea but I don't see this happening anytime soon

or if I will just upgrade to a 980ti when it hits the $400ish mark

that'll never happen. he could sell the 390 for $240 and get a 980ti.
