A nice fast little machine perfect for your use case

Later on you can easily slap a 750 ti in here, overclock the CPU a little and turn it into a humble gaming machine.

You can save money by getting a HDD instead of the SSD, but this should be a solid little build. Not too flashy, but it'll work great for general usage. It comes in a nice and small case so it won't take up much room
