$600 Gaming Computer using some old parts

Budget: $600-700

Location: Washington State, USA

Use (Gaming, Rendering, etc): Gaming, some video editing

Peripherals required (monitor, keyboard/mouse, etc): None

Operating System required: Already have windows 10 key

I'm looking for a gaming computer that can play the newest games (Fallout 4) on the high-ultra settings. The thing is that I am planning to reuse the pieces listed below from my current prebuilt Dell PC. I'm thinking that reusing these will allow me to put money on other components like a good graphics card.

This build will be amazing for 1080p and pretty good at 1440p.
