Im looking for a build to run fallout 4 would like to run medium settings and get medium fps if possible need an os if possible if not its no worries other games i play are csgo, minecraft arma, skyrim and ark please msg me any info that might help would like for it to be upgradeable if possible new to the whole pc gaming so any extra info might help (where to get cheap games, how to keep my computer running well, etc)

I can't recommend cheap game retailers as those are a gray market, but I can help you with your build. What exactly is "medium fps" and what resolution? Also, do you have a form factor you want?

Im new to pcs over all so im not to sure what any of that means and when i say medium i mean i would like it to look some what good and at a decent fps 60 if possible but i can set for less if its steedy

First thank you for the time second i am aware overheating is a major issues with computer will this be able to be play for longs amounts at one time and would there be a need to upgrade down the line and what options might thise be and finally could you recommend a decent monitor not to pricey
