Hello! So I just needed some help. I wanted to know if I could make a gaming PC for about $900-$1000. My only goal is that is can run Bethesda games like Skyrim or Fallout 4 as close to max settings as possible. I live in Colorado if that affects something. Thanks for any help you can offer.

add any video card you like Radeon 390/GTX 970 or and above or wait for next gen. This config will be pushing it for a long time.
