The non modular PSU could just about be upgraded with the change and a cheaper fan, but you need a fan in the case.

This is about as small as it gets but you could save money on the case already shown in the other build. Unfortunately I don't think the budget stretches further than the gaming performance offered here but it is very strong 1080p performance none the less.

I would say maybe this! But if you could stretch your budget by 50 you could get a I5 Quad Core Skylake Processor! I'm not to sure about the video card! But I thought it looked good!
