What exactly does this mean?

– The NZXT Source 210 Window ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 330mm long, but video cards over 230mm may block drive bays. Since the Zotac GeForce GTX 950 2GB Video Card is 283mm long, some drive bays may not be usable. What are drive bays? Will this affect me much?

What are drive bays?

These are the areas where you can put the HDD's/3.5" disk drives.

This just means that the video card will be too long that you can't store drives that the video card blocks.

Will this affect me much?

Unless you have more than 6 HDDs/3.5" drives, you should be fine.
