Alright. Personally I'd have gone with the following

The case is a better quality case with a quiet fan.

the CPU cooler will provide better thermals and is quieter.

The card has a better warranty (lifetime), a stock overclock, and the R9 280 has somewhat better performance than the 960 as a rule.
